You will see various choreographies drawn from classical and “Vaquera” dressage, as well as other traditional riding disciplines. Each performance features 6 to 8 choreographies, all maintaining the same level of spectacularity, programmed according to the following repertoire:
Doma Vaquera (Country Dressage): A demonstration where the rider, holding the reins in one hand, guides the horse at a walk and gallop, performing turns and rapid accelerations. This is the traditional field dressage used for handling cattle.
Classical Dressage: Horses performing advanced equestrian exercises to the beat of classical music.
Carriages (Enganches): Horses pulling traditional carriages. Once used for transport, these are now featured in sports and exhibitions. Beautifully harnessed, they are a spectacle in themselves.
Work in Hand: The horse obeys the dismounted rider, performing “Alta Escuela” (High School) and traditional movements such as Levadas, Cabrioles, Courbettes, Piaffe (between pillars), Spanish Walk, and Long Reins.
Carousel: A group of horses and riders performing advanced exercises in unison to conclude the program.
